The sixth-generation Isuzu bakkie, which was launched in 2013, is a continuation of the long Isuzu tradition of building great bakkies in South Africa, with over 600 000 Isuzu bakkies built locally to date.
“Our Isuzu has also travelled extensively around South Africa, mostly with a boat on the roof taking my son from Regatta to Regatta during his high school years,” said Manley, a retired ship surveyor.
In line with this year’s World Environment Day theme, Beat Plastic Pollution, Isuzu reached out to its employees to encourage them to beat plastic pollution in their personal lives.
